We now have available our Costa Rica La Magnolia Shade Grown coffee available in Decaf using the certified Swiss Water® Process. The Swiss Water® Process uses pure green coffee extract and proprietary carbon technology to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. Swiss Water® has specified the pore size of the carbon to match the caffeine molecule to ensure only the caffeine is trapped when the caffeine is captured from the green coffee extract. The Swiss Water® Process is Shade Grown and 100% chemical-free.

This Central American coffee originates from the famed Hacienda La Minta farm of the Tre Rios region of Cost Rica. This coffee is shade grown without the use of insecticides at an altitude of 4,000 to 6,500 feet. This crop has undergone a wet process and has been sun-dried, giving it a clean and low acidity taste; the perfect everyday cup of joe. Sweet and floral, this medium bodied coffee is delicate with flavors of citrus, maple, caramel and honeysuckle. To bring out the best features in this varietal, we medium roast this coffee.
